📚 Launch of New Rural Learning Innovation Initiative to Support Students in Tay Ninh and the Cambodian Border Communities

Tay Ninh, VIETNAM — November 15, 2025 — The Bach’s Wish Fund is proud to announce the establishment of the Rural Learning Innovation Initiative in Tay Ninh Province, a targeted effort to expand educational access and skill-building opportunities for students living in rural and border communities adjacent to Cambodia.

Students in Viet Nam’s border regions often face limited access to quality learning environments, digital resources, and structured academic support. Many come from low-income households where economic pressures, geographic isolation, and infrastructure limitations create barriers to continued education and future career pathways.

A New Approach to Educational Access

In response, The Bach’s Wish Fund is launching its first Rural Learning Hub in Tay Ninh’s border corridor. The Hub will be equipped with books, internet access, resources to support after-school learning, digital literacy, and personal development.

To deepen long-term impact, the Fund is also introducing the Future Leaders Academy, offering selected students scholarships, English and computer-skills training, leadership workshops, and structured mentorship from Vietnamese professionals across education, business, and technology.

A Founder’s Vision

“Students in Tay Ninh, especially those living near the Cambodian border, face unique challenges that can limit their educational opportunities,” said Nam Nguyen, Founder and Executive Director of The Bach’s Wish Fund. “This initiative reflects our commitment to ensuring that every child, regardless of geography, has access to the tools and support they need to pursue their dreams. By strengthening local learning environments, we hope to open new doors for the next generation of border-area youth.”

Local Collaboration for Greater Reach

The Bach’s Wish Fund is working closely with local schools and community leaders to identify participating students and ensure the Hub’s programs are responsive to the needs of the region. These partnerships enable the Fund to reach children who often remain overlooked due to distance, economic hardship, or limited educational infrastructure.
