📚 Launching Scholarship Program in Binh Thuan Province

Press Release

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Binh Thuan, VIETNAM — October 15, 2024 — The Bach’s Wish Fund launched a new scholarship program in Bình Thuận Province, awarding 120 scholarships and health insurance packages to underprivileged students. This initiative was organized in partnership with the Thành Đoàn Phan Thiết (Phan Thiết City Youth Union) and local authorities.

Empowering Students Through Education

The program addressed both educational and health needs, recognizing that holistic support is vital for a student’s success. Scholarships included coverage for tuition and supplies, while health packages ensured students could access basic medical care.

“This program highlights the power of partnership and the difference we can make when communities unite to support education. By combining educational and health support, we give children the foundation they need to thrive.”

Nguyen Kim Manh, Director of Programs

Community Collaboration

The collaboration with the Youth Union and local leaders ensured transparent selection processes and maximized community engagement. The event also included mentorship sessions, where volunteers shared advice and encouragement with students.

Looking Ahead

Following the success of Bình Thuận, the Fund is planning to expand similar programs to neighboring provinces, continuing its commitment to equity in education.
